Your firm's knowledge, on every client file

Agentwork connects to your firm's Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and accounting systems, and answers questions about clients, engagements, and past year-ends, with sources you can check. When it isn't written down, it asks the colleague who knows.

How it works

  1. Connect

Bring engagement letters, working papers, and client emails into Agentwork from Microsoft 365 and your accounting systems.

  2. Remember

Agentwork turns information from client files and conversations into a shared memory of your firm's work.

  3. Act

Use that memory to resolve conflicting client information, share engagement context, and coordinate work across your firm.

Every client, every year-end. Everything your firm knows.

Sourced answers, client files kept with the right people, and knowledge that carries over every year-end

Shared knowledge for the team. Private knowledge that stays yours.

Agentwork connects in two layers: shared sources everyone can see, and private ones each employee connects through their own account — private data never surfaces in someone else's answer. The boundary is enforced in code, not the model's judgment.

Integrations: Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, Xero, DATEV, Pleo, Numina, HubSpot, Salesforce, Fireflies, Granola.

Questions

Which tools does Agentwork connect to?

Agentwork connects to Slack, Notion, Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, and Calendar), Microsoft 365 (Outlook mail and calendar), Fireflies, GitHub, GitLab, Linear, Atlassian (Jira and Confluence), HubSpot, Attio, Stripe, Shopify, PostHog, Mixpanel, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Granola, Pleo, Numina, Oneleet, n8n, and Semrush. You can also connect AI tools to Agentwork through the Model Context Protocol (MCP). We work on adding new integrations every day.

Can staff see client files they aren't assigned to?

Only if they can already open them. Agentwork follows the access rules your tools already enforce, so someone who can't open a client folder or channel today won't get answers drawn from it.

How do we find how the firm handled something before?

Ask in plain language, like “How do we usually treat holiday pay accruals for hospitality clients?” Agentwork searches technical notes, working papers, and past client files across your tools and links to the exact documents.

What happens when the answer isn't written down anywhere?

It doesn't guess. Agentwork works out which colleague is most likely to know and, once you approve, sends them one short, specific question. Their answer is saved, so the next person on the file gets it instantly.

Is client data used to train AI models?

No. Your data is encrypted in transit and only processed to answer your team's questions, never to train shared models. Agentwork staff access for support and debugging is off unless your organization enables it. Limited human access may also occur with your consent or when needed for security or legal compliance. You can disconnect any source or delete everything at any time.

Where does our data live?

We host Agentwork in the EU/EEA. Some providers may process personal data elsewhere under an adequacy decision or safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. We process connected content to provide Agentwork, including answering your team's questions, and never use it to train shared models. It's encrypted in transit, integration credentials are never stored in plaintext, and we're working toward end-to-end encryption for data at rest. Agentwork staff access for support and debugging is off unless your organization enables it. Limited human access may also occur with your consent or when needed for security or legal compliance. You can disconnect any source or delete everything at any time. A current list of sub-processors is in our data processing agreement (DPA), available on request.
